I ran 23k this morning. Had planned to run more than usual today since from tomorrow on my family and I will be in Portugal for 10 days and I don't think I'll find any time to run there. The heat was intense and I had to stop a few times to drink from fountains and refill my bottle. I'm curious to reach the 30k mark someday and thus get to know the infamous Mr. Wall.
