I'm currently reading Milan Kundera's The unbearable lightness of being, a book I knew I had to eventually read. It's taking me longer than anticipated (partly due to my lack of energy but partly otherwise). I enjoy those passages dealing with philosophy and abstract issues (the dreams, the references, ...), yet the story deeply rests on well-trodden, down-to-earth matters of love and hate among the four main characters. It is this aspect which is taking me more time to digest. Not much of a Kundera's fan myself I had only read Immortality before. Therefore, it doesn't mean much the fact that I liked that one better.
